3. Candidate Responsibilities

As a candidate:

  • You confirm that all information submitted to Matimba Recruitment Agency (including CVs, qualifications, references) is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

  • You consent to us sharing your information with employer clients only for legitimate job opportunities.

  • Submitting a CV does not guarantee employment or placement.

  • You agree to notify us of any changes in your availability, employment status, or personal information relevant to job seeking.

4. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer client:

  • You warrant that you are authorised to act on behalf of your company.

  • You agree to provide complete and accurate job requirements and feedback on candidate submissions.

  • You agree to treat candidate data confidentially and in line with POPIA and labour laws.

  • You may not use candidate data for any purposes outside of recruitment without consent.

5. Use of Website

  • You may not use our website for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes.

  • You may not attempt to access restricted parts of the website or interfere with its security or performance.

  • We may suspend or block users who misuse the website or violate these terms.
